Step 1

Who I am is not who I thought I would be. I stay away from HCFS. I’ve got a dedicated farmer’s market bag. My iPod is full of country music. I make my own laundry detergent. I clipped coupons before it was cool. I work more than I play.

I’m not sure what or who I wanted to be when I was growing up, but this is not who I thought I would be. Of course, I’m loving what I’ve become. I love feeling healthier, eating fresher, and saving more money.

On the other hand – we need to work on that “work” thing. :)

Step 1 to becoming a better “ME”: Stop checking work email on the weekend.
